Matt Bejar —Co‑Owner

Matt Bejar has worked in the general engineering industry since 2009, beginning his career in private construction before discovering his passion for environmental restoration in 2020 while working on the Guadalupe River Restoration Project with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This project shifted his focus toward large‑scale habitat restoration and complex civil engineering work. In 2021, Matt joined Hanford ARC, where he became a key leader on major restoration efforts, including:

· Bradmoor Island Restoration with the California Department of Water Resources

· Lookout Slough Tidal Habitat Restoration

· Multiple design‑build projects with ESA in challenging environmental conditions

As a Project Civil Superintendent, Matt led field teams, coordinated with engineers and environmental scientists, and ensured safe, efficient, high‑quality execution on every project.

Anthony Bergman —Co‑Owner

Anthony Bergman began his construction career in 2010, working for small private companies where he gained hands‑on experience across multiple facets of the trade—from large earthmoving to vineyard development. His strong work ethic and technical skill led him to a local Napa company, where he advanced to Shop Head Supervisor, overseeing equipment operations and field support. Anthony later joined Hanford ARC, working alongside Matt and expanding his capabilities into the office. As a Project Manager, he helped lead significant environmental projects, including:

Founding Levanta GE

Matt and Anthony had long shared the vision of building a company rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and a hands‑on approach to engineering. In 2024, they decided the time was right. They launched Levanta GE, going full‑time in June 2025. Since then, Levanta GE has already completed notable projects, including:
